I have tried to put a budgetish build together, but everytime I go to the store page I get massively side tracked and start loading my basket up with an i7 and all kinds of expensive gear.
I am looking for a cheap build along that meets the following criteria
Must be microATX size either desktop style of small tower or shuttle type case
Must have a bluray player and be able to to HDMI playback at 1920 x 1080
TV card needed, preferably internal PCI rather than USB
Needs to be able to play EVE
Has to run faily silently, won't be OCing this so don't need mad cooling set up
Don't need any of the following : - KB, Mouse, OS (already have Win 7), Monitor
