Spec me a build including monitor plz

Hi,

I'm looking for a PC that I can use primarily for:

-Playing poker (12-16 tables and running intensive database programme based on SQL, so need separate SSD) would also like a 27" monitor with a res of 2560x1440

Other uses will include:

- Watching movies
- Dual screen set up
- Playing music
- Intensive browsing using FF or Chrome

Aside from the SSD and the monitor, I wouldn't anticipate that this is an expensive rig, so my budget is actually:

£350-400 for the PC and upto 200 for the monitor.

I've found a Korean site with a name v similar to this...Is it trustworthy? Also just found a whole bunch of top names (Asus, Acer etc) sub-£300 on another website (whose name is opposite to OldChicken)...all sold by them, not by "other sellers". Are these too good to be true?

Nevertheless, I don't mind spending on the monitor...it's primarily a poker rig, so it's important.

Could you spec me a rig regardless of the monitor?

Final questions I have:

1. Is it worth the risk on a B grade product (monitor)?
2. Which is the best processor, the AMD Piledriver FX-6; the i3-4130; or the Pentium G3220 (all possibilities from this thread)
3. Does my GFX card need to output at 2560x1440 to enable me to get that resolution on my monitor? If not, will the GFX card I selected above be enough to output the res I need?
