To save me trying to catch up on all the latest platforms and hardware etc would a couple of you be kind enough to spec me a build.

The main uses for the PC are streaming, general browsing and watching youtube etc, i don't do any gaming. What i'm after is something that will have more power than i actually need so i know i'm always covered, a very good motherboard, a good graphics card that won't struggle with watching videos and 4K content etc, possibly 2 SSd's that are quick and reliable with plenty of storage space, i think for convenience on the cooling side i'd go for an AIO so if you can recommend one of the latest ones, obviously good fast memory, i already have a fairly new Seasonic Focus GX750 PSU so if that's enough to power any builds you suggest then that's great, if not i can get another PSU no probs. Case wise i'm open to suggestions, feel free to post them, ideally a glass or perspex sided one would be great so you can see the build.

It's basically something that's going to future proof me for the foreseeable future and won't have any problems running Windows 11 onwards and will be quick and have more than enough speed than i deed.

It's really appreciated, thanks

if you're not streaming games, then what are you streaming?
and what is your budget?
what are the specs of your current pc?
I stream things like Amazon Prime Video etc and other similar video streaming sites, i have an open budget, i just want something fast so i know i'll never struggle and to future proof it as much as you can.

This is a silly overkill build.

You can re-use your PSU if you want.

Personally, I'd rather get a peerless assassin/phantom spirit for hassle free running/maintenance, but I've included the AIO if you prefer the looks. Note that Thermalright have another model with a 2 year longer warranty.

No graphics card is needed, so long as you buy the K and not the KF.

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £1,207.79 (includes delivery: £11.98)

Tetras, i appreciate you doing that, that's along the lines i was thinking of, yeh it's overkill but i'd rather be on the side of overkill than under powered if my use changes at a later date, at least most of it will be in place. I'll check out the components later but it does look good.

Ah so you just consume content rather than actually needing a computer to create content.

That's far too much money to spend lol. Op just needs a basic pc. Even a pc with a 5600G is more than sufficient tbh.
Yeh, i'm not a creator, i just stream and watch things when i want to chill lout in my bedroom rather than be in the front room etc.

even an 8th gen intel with win 11 support will be sufficient tbh.
i couldn't in good conscience recommend you to spend that much.
this isn't overkill, this is just a waste of money for your use case.
Do you have any suggestions as to what you would build with what i need a PC for, i'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks Tetras and Tannzy, i've got some options to weigh up, i'll probably go for a half way point between the 2, a build maybe around the £800 mark wouldn't be overkill.
