Hi,

Was going to save up and get myself a new system but have noticed that there is a few credit options which means I have to pay no extra apart from the £29 admin fee for paying off before the 6 or 12 months.

So on that note, could someone please put me together a spec for a machine that is going to be used for gaming, would like the opportunity to upgrade it in the future also. Would like a SSD and either a few 500gb drives or a 1tb drive.

And all this for £850 please. I also need a monitor (24" would be preferable), got a keyboard, mouse and would probably use the Windows 8 trial (if it is still going)

Thanks.

Hi again,

Just had a thought. An SSD & one hard drive (500gb) would be fine for now, as long as I could add another/s in the future.

Thanks.

Would you like the option to x-fire and also what size case are you looking? Full tower, midi, micor or ITX?

Full tower. Xfire I suppose would be advantageous to help with increasing the longevity so yeah why not.

This is a bit cheaper. Should leave you about £100 for a Monitor :) The BenQ or the Samsung would be good!

Edit: The Case is personal preference, this would be my recommendation though.

Oh, and I put the wrong Motherboard in my basket, the one in the post by Bacon? is what I meant.

Thanks for the help chaps. After some careful consideration I am going to leave it for a few weeks as I am starting a new job so probably best to focus my energy on that rather than playing a load of games, until I know what I am doing. I shall return for another build soon.
