SPEC ME A BUILD

Hey can you guys spec me a build please.

I will be gaming (CSS , COD , Dirt 3 etc) and Using graphic design programs such as 3DS , Photoshop , Cinema4d.

Budget is £350-500 , Cheaper is better.

Will need OS and Case (Os isnt important but is preferred).

This will be my 1st build
