My friend needs a new PC as his laptop burned out. However, he has a low budget, around £250ish cheaper is better. He does still want quite a fast PC though. but all my builds seem over the budget. Please help

No OS, I already have that. No monitor, keyboard and mouse needed but i'll get a wireless set. Thank's RJC looks a good build. And possibility for upgrades is good, thanks.
