In two mind whether to buy a bundle for it's ease of purchase or to try and spec out a new set of components myself.

So my rig has just died, it's old, it's about time it was upgraded.
I have a new PSU in it (as per most reliable PSU thread)
and I have access to one of two cases.
The rest is going to be replaced.
I don't want to bother overclocking it, so I'm not looking for anything pre-overclocked (I'm looking for something more stable)

I do like things to be snappy and fast though so the higher end stuff is of interest. Budget isn't that important but I've detached myself from the MUST HAVE THE FASTEST THING ON OFFER brigade. so I'd rather not get the latest and greatest stuff due to it's fashion tax....
I do have a shed load of USB devices though so anything which has a bundle of M/board outputs would tidy the desk up somewhat and get the USB hub slimmed down a little.
So there you go, where do I go from here.

Xenon Intel Core i5 2500K 3.30GHz Bundle - Quad Core ???

I think it's time I changed to SATA SSD, it did have an optical drive but that appears to be broken too

Uses:-
Must be compliant with one handed operation. ;)

? sounds funky, but is this a gaming or video editing/music creation rig? or is simple tasks such as just browsing all thats needed

I have games, hardly play them any more, do a bit of video editing from the bike/car cam and of course browsing T'interwebs.
It doesn't have to be specific task heavy but a good all rounder really.
