Hi,

I'm looking for a business ISP and wondering if anyone had any experience with any...

The premises is in a Virgin Media cabled area, and I think BT fibre is available too.

Requirements:
- On some kind of fibre
- Reliable
- Above 25mbps
- No data limits, throttling is fine, but not the pay-per-gb pricing
- Has some kind of inclusive mobile calls package

Ideally not more than £60/month (inc VAT).

Thanks in advance.

Zen Internet.

Take your pick.

Not sure if any telephone provider would offer free calls to mobiles?

I saw this at TalkTalk.

The "Complete with Fibre" package included
All calls to 01, 02, 03 (geographic) plus 0845, 0870 are free with your package. To keep your costs down, access to premium rate and high risk international numbers will be restricted as standard, unless you tell us otherwise. Unlimited calls to all UK mobile numbers are based upon a typical small business use.

I didn't find TalkTalk customer service particularly knowledgeable when I was a retail customer with them though, so I'm a bit sceptical of going with them. I don't need unlimited calls, just something like 500 min/month.

Have you guys have any experience with any of these providers?

i.e. are they reasonably responsive if you call them and your internet is out?
Did they install it when they said they would?
Have they managed billing okay?

I had Zen several years ago as a residential customer and they were superb.

I should have chosen them for FTTC but I went with Sky as I wanted a single bill.

I've used Virgin a few times, I find their network congested.

I used TalkTalk in 2006, never again.
