I already have 2x250GB HDDs, an X-Fi, mouse + keyboard and Dell 2407 so I can 're-use' those.
I definately want a C2D, 8800 and an Antec P180 case.
Mobo - Asus is preferred and I'm sure I'll be SLi'ing in the future.
Graphics - Gotta be an 8800 GTX, but which brand? Does it really matter?
CPU - E6400 or E6600? Is it worth the extra £50 for an added 2mb cache?
CPU cooler - Are Arctic still the best?
RAM - 2GB is a must, but there's so much to choose from I don't even know where to start. Doesn't need to be any crazy overclocking stuff. I will be OCing, but not to extremes, just to squeeze out a bit more performance.
CD/DVDRW - Write speed isn't too important as I tend to burn at fairly low speeds anyway, but a decent read speed for ripping CDs would be good. Also, preferably not NEC as my current one's getting picky about which DVDs it reads.
PSU - No idea... Seasonic 600W?
I haven't set any particular budget but obviously cheaper is better.
