I've had a new desk and believe it or not this looks better than it was and I've got to add a PS5 to it also.
Please give me some suggestions to tidy this up perhaps with pictures and links to items.
I'm thinking of just putting a black towel over the top of it :)
That would work but would it be a fire risk unless I used some fire retardant cloth?

if you zoom in there's lots of normal cable ties, I use velcro on my music gear on stage.

You could consider using splitters for the power cables. You only need a single IEC 13 power cable to power your monitors and tower. Same with any C7 type power cables etc.

Side note, it might be worth adding some surge protection.

I would personally suggest potentially one of those under desk organisers as has been suggested but also the following:
A 10 or 12 way socket "tower" if possible rather than the two extensions you've currently got (assuming they're not that way because cables are too short otherwise), but also buying some "cable tie bases*" and small cable organisers (either single cable ones with clips or multi ones), and potentially using them to help organise the cables and keep them separate as they leave the multi block extension, that will help them avoid getting tangled and should make it easier to swap out.

Half the issue with computer cables etc is not just keeping them looking nice when you put them in, but keeping them separate enough that you can quickly and easily both track a cable, and replace it without it getting tangled up in the others.

*They're self adhesive but you can put a screw through them, then either use a cable tie directly around the cables, or a cable tie to anchor a velcro strap.

I found the under desk mount much better as others have suggested. I even bolted the extension socket under the desk so the only cables that are visible are power and networking.

Used similar to this in the auto trade and as spec'd by the manufacturer being worked on at the time.

Just be aware that there could be heat issues on leads with heavy loads and to monitor for a while, with all running to avoid any potential problems.
