Spec me a camera - £90

This is an xmas present for my mum. Some ideas on a good camera? Ive been looking at the Kodak Easyshare Z730 refurbished for £90 which i quite like.
I want one with a rechargable battery built in as otherwise i can see it not getting used.

What you guys think?

Edit: I know theres a thread on £100 pound camera reccomendations but the cam suggested in there is 115 and i dont have more than 90 to spend.
