Spec me a camera

Hey all,

Well I am going on holiday soon and I am looking for a rely good camera, I don't want to use and more than £170 but I want best 1 I can get for that.

I want 1 that I can just put the pictures on my computer and don't have to go to a shop and get them print of

So er... any digital camera then?

Canon SX110 IS - £179 - use code spring10 to save £10 - claim a further £30 back from Canon - Total = £139

You're not going to get a Digital SLR for £170 (at least, not a new one... maybe a used Nikon D40 or Canon 350D), Sony A200 at £260 is about the cheapest...

Unless you're willing to sink a good few hundred quid minimum into lenses and other accessories don't bother, just get a compact.

I was looking at > Kodak Z1012 10MP Digital Camera but not to sure

Don't touch kodak with a bargepole they are truly awful picture quality.

Fuji are meant to be very good and you can get them at cut price if you get them factory refurbished.
All though as always see if any shops are doing special offers first.

Kodak are generally crap, just get the SX110 IS (£139 after cash back) or a Casio Exilim EX-FH20 (£189 with discount code).

Yep, I use to have a kodak easyshare m753 but 1 day I went to turn it on and it would not come on or charge up or any thing.
