Am 34, single. currently got a peugeot 308

Something I can at least get my daughter in the back. Will probably get £4000 for my car and after something up to say £12000

What do you recommend?

I had a RX8 a few years back and loved it but a nightmare to look after and run, but loved its style

Need to know what you actually want from the car, what kind of age/mileage you're expecting from your money, doors/bodystyles desired and I guess most importantly what you actually like the look of!

With that criteria, I would go with something like a 6 month old Focus Ecoboost or perhaps a 1999 Porsche 911. Failing that, have you considered a Kia Sportage?
 
£12k?

Dacia Duster. You can get a new diesel for that money. Up the budget by £850 and get a 7 year / 100k warranty. Job done.

Or, you can get a Pearl Black Logan MCV with leather for that money too.
