Spec me a card....loooow end

Got a friend that wants a minimum spec agp card for vista. He wont be gaming at all just wants to be able to run it with proper effects etc.

He's running at 2.8 gig p4 with 512 ram so guessing he will need an extra stick of that too.

Its for my (female)bosses boyfriend so dont want to mess up this upgrade.
Too low spec and i am in the bad books too high and he will think i am ripping him off!!!

I am totally vista ignorant so need help on this one

A Geforce 6200 will work just fine. Or if you cant fine one of those, a ATI Radeon 9550 will be ok too.
