Hey all. Recently I've been very much considering upgrading my 6 year old rig and the case that's caught my attention is the Coolmaster HAF-X.
It's a really nice looking case and yes I know it's monsterous but I have a few reservations not to mention the price.
As an example, my current case is just an old Evesham Xpider design case. Pretty much run of the mill and sits on the floor. Pretty well ventilated and room is quite cool.
Now, my desk does not have room to accomodate a case to be sat up high and this is where I believe better airflow is and a case such as the HAF-X would look better (from an asthetics point of view).
So, am I wasting my time looking or considering a case such as the above and would I be better off with a case that's not, shall we say so flashy?
I want one with good airflow but not too bothered about how it looks.
I just don't think I'd benefit from a case like the HAF-X if it's going to be sat next to my left leg.
Do you agree?
