spec me a cheap always on PC

Looking for something cheap v and cheap to run that I can leave on 24/7 as a file server for my family and something I can connect to remotely as required. Just want to get it up and running and stick the box in garage and forget about it.

They can be had for less than £99 i think with the cashback all you need to put in it is hard drives you get a 250GB with it and install an os (freenas linux or windows if you have a key lying around) You can upgrade the ram too if you want.

They have 4 drive bays (1 already occupied) and you can mod it too put two in the optical bay if needed.
