Spec me a cheap as chips file server

I have some old hard drives sitting around that are in perfectly good condition

x2 320GB IDE drives, x2 200GB SATA 1 Drives

I am considering putting them in a file server but just need it to be as cheap as possible, however I have no idea where to start with components.

Open to ideas or should I just toss the hard drives?

Unless he also buys some external IDE enclosures then he might have issues trying to fix 2 IDE hard disks in there.

Fair point. Chuck IDE, given the age of then I wouldn't trust any meaningful data to them anyway.

I'd agree, get rid of the IDE hard drives, but a cheap HP Micro server would be ideal to house the 2 SATA disks.
