Needs to cool:

e6600 @ 3.6ghz 1.432V and going to be upgrading to a quad core in future.
8800GT

Would I need to cool the NB too?

At the moment the CPU idles at 24C, load 58C with an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, so the watercooling setup needs to lower temps even more.

Is this possible for around £100?

It'll be near impossible to do it for £100, your best bet is to go with a XSPC X20 Delta kit upgraded with a 120.3 radiator, but the pump doesn't have much head so you may need to replace that, especially if using a full cover block.

To keep in budget all parts would need to be pre-owned too...

smsmasters If you want to cool the CPU only then it might be useful if you read this thread for further information. the Swiftech extreme version as discussed and tested in the link below. Would be worth investigating imo.

This extreme version will cool a quad core. cooling the North Bridge is not neccessary

Swiftech H20 220 extreme compact kit

I don't think you'll see much benefit from water-cooling if I'm honest. Those temperatures are very good indeed. You could spend £250 and not see much more than a 2-3C drop. And remember that a 120.2 or 120.3 radiator will add 2 or 3 120mm fans so the noise isn't going drop much either.
