Long story short I used to do loads of exercise, but haven't done any for the last couple years and figured now would be a good time to get back into shape.
I've looked at loads of bikes up to £150 but TBH I have no idea what makes a goodun, they all look the same to me. Can spend up to £150, but would prefer to keep it under £100 if at all possible.
Preferably not folding as I'd prefer something a bit sturdier, and with enough resistance that I won't need to upgrade once I get the swing of it. And I live in a flat so it has to be quiet.
Also I'd like to use it for a mixture of sprint and marathon type stuff (no idea if thats relevant lol).
Anyway with my non-existant knowledge of exercise bikes I picked out this one, reviews seem good:
