Spec me a Cheap HTPC

Afternoon chaps,

Need a cheap HTPC if poss.

Got a max budget of £200.

Dont need Operating Software & only need a small HDD as I have a spare at home (160GB) & also will be using an External 500GB USB drive as well so well covered for storage but would like a small (Say 40-70GB) drive for OS duties

I'd like it to be Micro ATX based if poss to save on space.
Only other thing's is the GFX card must have Component out & also the Sound Card must have Optical output for running to the 5.1 Amp

Other than that nothing else needs to be major, will mostly be used for DVD watching & the odd bit of Sky's online Movie Player.
Would be nice to have BR but doubt I'll get even close for my budget & I'm not sure I can do it because of my TV being a CRT & no HDCP gubbins (Or whatever that protection thingy is called ;):D)

Oh & 2nd hand will be fine for parts as well :)

should have everything you need and is capable of HD media playback too

save money by

geting a 1x1gb ram stick
dropping the HDD or going for a smaller one. i however see no point in a smaller hdd as the price difference isnt much.
dropping the for a DVD ROM or just using one you have laying around spare
you can also get a cheaper non-HD compatable graphics card, however the saving you will make is tiny and it may not be worth giving up hd compatibility for a few £s

Given me a good idea of what I need now :)

Will have a look round then see what I can find in the Members Market first see if I can pick some bits up cheap ;)
