Spec me a cheap mobo to overclock an e1200 cpu...

I need a decent motherboard to get a half decent overclock from a celeron dual core e1200. I also need a half decent heatsink & fan combo too. Mobo needs to support DDR2.

Is it worth just using this cpu or are there any cheap alternatives?
 
Damn, just realised I posted in CPU's and not Motherboards - can a don please move it to the right one? :D
