Spec me a cheap P&S camera.....

I'm after a camera for an xmas present which needs to be
*Easy to use/"idiot proof"
*Fairly compact
*Have proper VR (not just pumping up the iso)
*be under £100 (idealy as cheap as possible)

Don't think it has VR but recently recommended this to a friend - Samsung ST200F

Can be had for under £100 if the cashback promo is still running.

Where can I get an iPhone for under £100? It's for the mother in law who has the model up from a Nokia 3310!
