Spec me a cheap system

Hi all,

The family pc is on it's last legs and I've been given the task of building a new one. It will only be used for basic things: emails, browsing the internet, using family tree software, listening to music etc. Preferably a lifespan of about 5 years. No screen or OS needed. Would potentially like to overclock to get a bit more speed (would like to stick with intel). Cheap as possible please without compromising quality.

Thanks guys. I'll switch things around depending on how much more money we can spend.

Looks fairly decent. 80gb probably isn't enough space for us though. I'm also a bit wary of going down the onboard graphics route as it might be used for more advanced things in the future. That and I want the fun of putting it together
