Spec me a CHEAP wow box :)

Hi my old pc died, and ive been playing wow on a celey box i got of a friend and its getting 13/28 fps if im lucky

,

I have 1 Gig of 3200 ram i think ( Ocuk Value stuff)
2 x 120g sata HD's
DVDRW

and screens / keyboard and mouse

I mainly need the mobo/case/cpu/gfx but it has to be cheap and run wow well! like solid 40/60 fps in mc and so on

Ive taken the path of a dual core, due to the fact that it gives you the option to buy a new gfx card for it when you feel the 7600GT is slugging.
