spec me a cheapo psu

looking for a decent and cheap psu for my boys rig.


currently planning on running a c2q at 3.6ghz and a single gpu (nothing more htan mid range performance wise (currently an x1900xtx but will be replaced shortly)


so i dont need massive wattage but i need something that will be reliable and i wont worry about going bang

things i'd like

6 and 8 pin connectors as standard obviously need a 6 pin for his current gpu but would like to have some expansion options
modular cables would be nice or at least semi mofular, but its not essential


what would you recommend chaps?
 
was thinking maybe £50 or so as i dont nee anything too grunty :)

modular would be nice but not essential and i refuse to put anything too cheap in (ala the ocuk range- they just scream i'm going to explode and take your rig with me :)
