Spec me a Chilli recipe

So, I am chasing the ultimate chilli recipe to cook at home.

I have no idea what recipes online are good and I'm looking to the good folks of OcUK La Cuisine to point me in the right direction.

Heat wise I enjoy Stagg Dynamite Hot chilli, so that gives you some sort of idea of heat I like.

Where might one go to source ingredients to make this in the UK?

I'm a complete novice at buying spices anywhere other than a supermarket.

I get all of mine from there. Couldn't do a proper chili without their smoked chipotles!

Some excellent links there, I'll have a look around.

My plan is to make a decent sized batch and then have it for work the following day/freeze the other stuff.

My plan is to make it a week on Sunday. so I am in no rush.
