Spec me a collaborative online workspace thingy

Something like Onenote, but free, and for a max of about 5 people to use.

Need to be able to have different categories / tabs / whatever.

Multiple people editing at the same time.

Any ideas?

My super duper spidey senses are telling me to use Google Docs, no idea how I came to this conclusion.

Proton They have a competitor to Google docs and in my short time testing, think it kind of works better!

As I'm not keen on Google's incessant snooping this sounds ace, except that it's blocked at work

Will have a think, might just jot down some notes on something else and stick them in after work. Or just give Google my stuff so they can train our AI overlords with it.
