Spec me a controller for driving games

Just out of interest would below work on pc, also what is exact name of below. the other Wii and wiiu controllers don't seem to have the 3 prong n64 design.

Know its for Wii but it looks remarkably similar to old n64 controller with an extra analogue stick and I used to love the left analogue stick placement on that controller for comfort

What about a dedicated steering wheel with pedals setup along the lines of a logitech g25/27/29?
Much better than any controller IMO.

Yeah...thought it was Bluetooth...I've never used a console in my life part from bluray playback on the PS3
