Had my 6970 since launch and never really bothered about the noise but lately it's starting to grate a bit

I like to keep temps sub 80 degrees and with some of the more demanding
Games ala sleeping dogs it now sounds like I have a fighter jet stuck on my nzxt phantom rather than a gpu

It's overclocked and overvolted so I need something that will be quiet capable and cool but I'd rather not go down the custom water cooling route


What options have I got guys ?
