Spec me a country hotel/restaurant in Yorkshire

I'm sure I remember someone posting about a lovely place in North Yorkshire that was the ideal country house and excellent restaurant?

We're looking at heading up to visit family in Leeds once we can, and will take the opportunity to have a few days off. Also so we're not spending 4-5 nights in her parent's tiny house So my ideal is to find a lovely country pub/house with a decent restaurant that we can relax and explore some countryside. Being stuck in London is becoming overbearing!

though we had booked The Black Swan (Tommy Banks) which is only a few miles away

Aha, that was the place I remembered someone had mentioned on here before thanks However, it's quite pricey and seemingly sold out for their room+dinner deal until Oct! I will check the other reservations but £125/head for 1 michelin star is very steep in my opinion!
