Spec me a cpu cooler for £30

I will be using a x4 955 be and will hopefully oc it to around 3.8ghz.

I'll obviously need a aftermarket cpu cooler to do this and have narrowed down it down to 3 choices.

gelid tranquillo
arctic cooler 7 pro rev 2
corsair A50

I would prefer the cooler to be quiet so the gelid is my first choice. IS this a good choice or should I look at other coolers?

If there is a cpu cooler that's a little over budget but is much better I'll consider it.
