Looking for a CPU cooler for an i3-4130 in a Fractal Design Node 304 case. The maximum clearance is 165mm.

I am looking for silence primarily, followed by performance.

Budget is £35.

FTR I've installed 2 Raijintek Themis coolers in the last six months in my sisters & nephews PC's. They are OK, but the build quality is too flimsy for my liking.

I have a the Phanteks PH-TC12DX. Its just the right size, comes in different colours, and is really quiet. Quite pricey though
