Spec me a cpu cooler

I'm looking for a cpu cooler for a x4 955 be. The budget is £35. I'd prefer a quieter cooler so the gelid tranquillo seems like a good option.

Whats the best cooler at this price range?

Any advice would be great,

The noctua is good think there a little bit more tho
