Spec me a CPU cooler

Currently I have a CoolIT eco A.L.C. but I'm really not satisfied with it's cooling ability as my CPU's idling at 35-38degrees. This is probably because one of the legs is broken so I have to wedge it in place with a pen lid...

At the moment I'm looking at the Corsair H60 as it's low profile and easy to install with at least relatively high performance.

Any ideas? Budget it up to £60.

if it will fit the thermalright silver arrow is the best cooler on the market today if you tell me what case and RAM you have i might be able to tell you if it will fit (although a lot of case makers dont list the maximum CPU cooler height)

according to the noctua site, ripjawsx will fit with their NH-D14 http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=compatibility_ram_gen&products_id=34&lng=en#DDR3_G.Skill
it is more expensive than the silver arrow, but more or less equal, so if its in budget, this is it
