I have around £50 for a CPU heatsink cooler, it's going on a core i5. I am looking to overclock it so I have no idea when it comes to cooling. If anyone can suggest or reccomend something in and around £50 I would be very greatful.

Than you can use most any air cooler out there assuming your RAM is 30mm or shorter. Most all coolers will clear 40mm RAM but 140mm fan and 40mm RAM requires 180+mm
