I have an i7 930 and just want to see what the best loop is,

Money is not a problem here, but this is just for the CPU nothing else.

Spec me whatever is going to give me THE best and i mean the BEST cooling.

You need to be an awful lot more specific in what you're asking.

The BEST cooling that you could do at home would be something like phase.

The BEST water (with no limits imposed) would be something silly Like loads of Huge rads in series submerged in an outdoor pool or with delta fans with several pumps.

Basically you need to set some guidelines for yourself about what you want. You may want the best cooling possible, but how much room do you have? How much noise can you put up with? At what point do lower temps become pointless? Are you expecting more than just water can provide?

Whatever you decide you want I strongly suggest reading up on the theory and speccing it yourself. I know it's easier to get people here to do it for you, but what happens if in 2 months time it leaks? Ultimately you're the one who will have to fix/maintain/expand the loop so surely it's better to understand it from day one than have to learn through (potentially costly) trial and error?

Well put.

I’m in the process of liquid-cooling I7 930 myself; well I was until I poured a load of coolant in my PSU, and I’ve been liquid cooling for years, compliancy is a bad thing.

I have also phased cooled, that’s a different beast all together, the returns just don’t out way the costs and the preparation required to get 100% seal...

There is only so far you can push a CPU, doesn’t matter how good the liquid cooling system, the motherboard and CPU will reach it limits before the cooling system does.

Overclockers do sell good liquid cooling stuff, and the forum is helpful but there are other forums on the net that are more suited for heavy duty liquid cooling

Ok well to be more specific, a radiator, a CPU block, a pump, a resevoir and everything inbetween for a single loop for cooling the cpu.The question is what gives the best cooling on each of these components (what products that are easily accessable to buy over the web.
space is not a problem and money is not a problem just whatever is going to cool m cpu the best so i can hit a high clock.

If you want an idea of cooling performance. My i7 920 @4.2 is ~32'C idle and <60'C on load. Hope this helps :)
