Ok, I need a custom loop ..
Case is a Phanteks Enthoo Mid M Pro

I can go up to 280mm radiators x 2
Cpu is Intel 6600k

Needs to be reasonably quiet or at least adjustable

Fairly settled on the EK supreme block, really don't like "plastic" blocks but wiil take any advice.

Have watercooled before a looong time back (1990's) but really out of the loop (pun intended) at whats good these days.
