spec me a custom watercooling kit??

ok nothing hard about this one i just want to cool the cpu as best i can and the most i can spend is 100-120quid

Not sure if you mean which kit or which custom setup? If a kit then I'd recommend the Swiftech H20 Apex Ultra for just the CPU. Or the Ultra+ for the CPU, GPU and chipset (but out of your price range).

also hwo do u determine the size of a tube so for example is a 10/8 bigger than a 1/2

you mean 3/8"?

1/2" is bigger.

its the inner diameter of the tubing

eg:

3/8" is smaller than 4/8" (1/2")

doubt thats possible, the cheapest will push you towards a ton.

if you want to go decent with a custom jobbie, you need to increase your budget.
