Spec me a dash cam

My mother's birthdays coming up and as she works for the police she encourages these but claims its one of those "I'll get round to it" jobs that takes you years to get around to!

So me and my sister have decided to buy her one for her birthday, which she's happy about.

Looking to spend around £80 I think, ideally we want one that will loop record, one that can be plugged into a 12v connector or if there's a better way to power it then we would be up for that, basically want ease and convenience of use for her.

Get one of this 0803 ones, they're cheap as chips and just work.

I actually don't use one anymore as i got questioned by the police about mine... moral of the story is they're grand recording on the public roads but be very careful what your companies policies are wherever you work with photography and recording equipment when in their car park... not an experience im keen to revisit.
