I have my gaming rig and another Micro-ATX pc in my room. The gaming rig is on one of these "trolly" type desks and the Micro-ATX is on a bog standard PC to the right of it.

I'm tired of having to roll on my chair between the two PCs and so want to get a new desk that looks something like this:

This way I can just rotate on my chair between the two computers :) Its important the desk as that curvy bit so I can push my chair right in as I have very little space in my room.

So my question is, has anyone of you kind people seen a desk like this before? I've been googling "computer desk", "corner desk" and "curve desk" but not getting any results.

I got something from Ikea that holds my iMac and my PC comfortable. It has no curve but my office chair tucks under if I wanted. I think it was a Vikor or something like that...

Thanks! That's the kind of thing I'm looking for buy cheaper... it doesn't have to be office standard

Just keep checking the bay/gumtree and I'm sure some will come up on auction rather than buy it now, desks normally stupidly cheap if they are collection only...and you can collect. Like this one

We got 6 Herman Miller double wave desks for £200 for all of them.....but had to collect them from an office clearance.

The curves on these desks look nowhere near deep enough to match the OP's picture. I don't think I have ever seen one like that tbh.

Is there any way you could put a corner desk in your room?

Only other option would be to look out for a decent solid timber desk and then cut a deep curve into it with a jiggly saw. It would be fairly easy to do.

OP, whats the max size desk you could go for?

You could opt for this:

And if you still needed more space, put this on the side of it:

Obviously get them the same colour, they have more choices in the shop :)

I have the corner unit on its own. Its great for one rig, you could put two on there along with a 22" monitor, but it all depends how much space you want for your keyboard/mouse. I was going to get the additional desk for the side but didnt need it in the end.

I'll have to measure the length of the wall to the left of that picture I made. As long as the corner desk doesn't come out passed the wall a corner desk might do.

I'll have to measure my Coolermaster Storm Sniper case to make sure it fits under. I've also could a subwoofer and the MICRO-ATX PC down there too.

That VIKA AMON desk is only 11 inches long according to their website! Is that a misprint? Could you perhaps post a picture of your desk Paul. W

Did some measuring and this is what I came up with:

The red bits are my wall. That should be enough to have one PC on under the desk on each side right? Paul. W did you manage to take a picture of that desk you have?

Thinking outside the box a little - why do you have two PCs?

Or use Remote Desktop / KVM ?

Makes for a much simpler and neater setup. You could even just get a 2nd screen and have the Remote Desktop session showing on that.
For the desk option, an L shaped desk would be the way to go

One is my gaming rig, the other is my Lab rig for doing MCITP (Im running Win Server 2008 + Hyper-V to run VMs on)

My 22" Dell has two inputs, VGA and DVI. The gaming rig is using the DVI connection and my Xbox 360 (oops forgot to mention that earlier) is using VGA. I dont want to introduce any kind of KVM for either as it may get laggy whilst gaming. Also I need two monitors anyway, one for the Lab and the other will be used to view ebooks, watch videos for MCITP etc....

After looking around on Ikea, Google and the bay I'm leaning towards building my own desk. I've searched the forums but couldn't find a guide of sorts. I'm thinking a simple sheet of MDF that covers above the dimensions will do, and then attach four of these legs: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/10105290#/10105290/

EDIT: Are there people out there that can cut and route the edges for me? I can do the primer and painting myself
