Spec me a detailing kit.

Basically, I'd like you lot to recommend me a comprehensive selection of products (and/or tools) to clean my car top to bottom, paintwork/dashboard/carpets/wheels etc etc.
I figure it's time to stock up the garage but I don't know which products are rated above others.

Hey mate this is a question we get asked a lot, im in the middle of preparing a big sticky (if its of any use) type post.Hang fire for a bit!

I'll be waiting for the sticky too then, I need to buy the whole kit for cleaning my new car....

Tips for different colours of paint would be handy, especially black bmw's
