Spec me a device...

Need a device which does the following:

- Has WiFi
- Can watch MP4s
- is NOT a laptop
- not as big as an iPad

Use to have a PDA but about 8 years old.

Can anyone recommend 1?

iPods maybe? You can do all of that on them. If not... well their should be an app for that ^^

I used mine all the time, if you don't like certain features then you can always jailbreak it, write your own features or download new ones.

Plus its in your budget
