Spec me a family computer

Ok, building my parents a computer, my brother and sister still live with them so it will be used for a little gaming but nothing much, they will also start using Photoshop as my brother is getting into photography. My mum and dad will be using it to browse the internet, email, word documents and light graphics work.

All i need is the internal components as i already have a case to put it all into. I also have a monitor, mouse, keyboard, dvd drive, powersupply and wireless card so no need for them.

It needs to be as quick as possible for a minimal price (willing to overclock if it is for best value).
I already have all the software but will need a new OS (upgrading from XP to W7)

Looking around £300 but can go higher (£350 is pushing it) if the cost warrants the price increase.

Tried to get closest to 300 i can scramble so the memory is ok but not the best (haha ocuk) jk.

ye u can get a windows 7 cd for 60-70 so sadly you will go over budget by a few quid but tbh when your family hugs the PC its priceless :D

On a budget that tight i really don't think it's worth spending £70 on an OS.
