Spec me a fan controller :D

Recently come into a little bit of money so I am looking at purchasing a new fan controller over the Zalman Z9's standard one. Budget is £30. Max of 35.

Requirements:

- Controls at least 4 fans

Preferably: (but doesnt have to be)

- LED temp sensor
- Touchscreen
- USB ports
- Reset button

I understand Hono is taking a look at the Bitfenix Hydra fan controller currently so will be interesting seeing what he says about that

I have the Hydra and its a very good i like it couple of niggles with it tho but for £25 (same price as the hydra) i would get the Recon

Not sure whats out there now but I have a Scythe Kaze Master which I love, I wouldn't want something too fiddly. This just has knobs and a lovely LED display, perfect balance of form and function.

The fact the Hydra can turn the LEDs off completely makes me want it even though I know I don't need it, it MUST be good

only works with the spectre/pro's LeD fans.im doing a review very soon next day or 2 on the Hydra i won in bitfenix's last comp

Im quite tempted by both of Bitfenix's option on the fan controller side, I have to say Recon seems to be winning me over by its looks

Im also looking at fans, my Zalman can house 7 120's or 4 120's and 3 140's.
Looking for both rate of airflow and noise. Definetley under 25 Decibels. If anyone has any ideas? Also would quite like them either blue or green LED and the cheaper the better
