spec me a Fan Controller please

OK so I'm thinking of getting a Fan Controller for my Corsair Carbide 540 , I have no idea what ones are good and what ones are not

I have a total of fives fans all being 140mm.......my budget is £25

Maybe have Tealc build you a custom PWM to Anolog fan controller? He does very good work.

I have read that that model "buzzes". Not had personal experience tho.
