Hi, ive been on here a lot lately asking for help and info.

Ive currently got a AB9 Pro Wifi which ive contacted OCUK about and hopefully get an RMA. So im now officially looking at P35's

& The IP35-E Looks Quite Gd. But I Need At Least 5 Sata.

Looking At The GA-P35-DS3R, It's What I Was Going To Get Before I Saw The AB9 Pro. May Just Get This Still If RMA Goes Well.

I Dont Need Raid, But I Intend To Have 2x Sata DVDRW & 3x Sata HDD.
Would Prefer a lot Of USB But Not Essential As I Have Front & Extra Adapters.

I Have Everything Ready To Install.
E6300
2GB Geil ULL
Tuniq Tower ( So Need Compatible Mobo)
7800GTX
Akasa Zen Tower.

Looking To Spend £80 Max. I Need A Mobo That I Can Just Plug All In And Install Windows XP With No Hassle Like My AB9 Pro.

Cheers
Westy

This Is What I Sent To OCUK, I Didnt Just Decide I Wanted Something Different.
Its The Fact That I Have Lost The Patience To Try & Watch XP Fail Install.

"Hi, i have just built this system 3 or more days ago.

Threads Already Opened By Me:

I Am having constant problems getting this system to work. some of the threads may end well but the next day the system will corrupt itself again.
Im using a 160GB samsung HD160JJ/P HDD, And i just cant seem to get a very successful install onto it, ive tried jmicron and intel sata chipset and both have bad results.

i have also ran memtest and passed if set to SPD on the motherboard but seems to fail if set manually if you check the threads ive tried nearly everything and all has failed, the hard drive can be formatted and i have tested on another system and formatted it and also ran checkdisk which passed which leaves me to believe that the motherboard maybe at fault, the motherboard was purchased as new but came with missing items which makes me think it was maybe a return which was faulty? anyway i think i would rather return the board for and exchange with another and pay the difference. ive spent soo many hours trying to get this sorted and then when i think its working it dies again. so please can you advise me on what to do.

Thanks
Jason"

Is Anybody running a hard drive on LBA mode? on the IP35 Or P35 DS3R? As My HDD Manul Says To Use LBA but my AB9 Pro Which is being RMA'd failed using this method.

LBA mode just means that it can deal with drives larger than 137GB.
I've got 2 drives larger than that on my IP35 Pro & 1 on my AB9 QuadGT no problems.
