Spec me a free Firewall/Antivirus program

Any suggestions as im fed up with norton

Am using Avast for my AV and I reckon it's pretty damn fine for being free.

Go there download, sign up and leave a nice comment for the Devs and recieve your free home user license. It updates at least once a day and is very unobtrusive.

Of course if you wanted to pay then get Nod32 - Used to be the best when I last used it.

I've just started using Active Virus Shield from AOL which is just Kaspersky re-badged or something. I'm very pleased with it.

avast or avg antivirus both free and ive had no problems , there always being updated daily aswell

nice one very good program works on vista too and always auto updates itself, ive had it for about 5 months with no problems
