Spec me a Full PC..just for wow.

As title basically, my g/f wants a basic pc to surf the web, and play a bit of wow, tight budget might sound impossible but under £200?

The other option is to get a Laptop we have seen for £400....but if i could maybe find some cheap bargins that would be awsome..She has a 26" sony LCD that could be used as a pc monitor if needed to get under budget.

I was thinking Shuttle? or is that making it expensive.

What do you already have in terms of OS, keyboard, etc. ???

You need to add an AMD Athlon X2 to this aswell.

Assuming you want it as close to your budget as possible and that you're starting from scratch as far as the base unit is concerned:

Not sure what sort of video card you need to run WoW, though. If you find games and that run slow then that power supply will definitely have you covered in the event you feel you want to install a discrete graphics card.
