right 100 to spend on a gadget, preferably pc oriented and also must be usefull (but i will make exeptions if it is Uber cool)
it must be avalible in the uk also

If you don't know what you need, don't buy anything....boring answer I know but why waste money on something you don't need?
 
Aren't you the 16 year old who's doing A-Level Physics and wanted to buy a green laser to "shine onto some hills? I reckon you should save the money and put it toward your future fines, or invest in some sort of GPS blocker to mess with your impending ankle tag.
