OK i start playing games then either get bored of them or get stuck.
TBH I think I have never finished a game other than sonic the hedgehog and street fighter 2.
Other than that I used to play Jedi knights online which I enjoyed.

Half life 2 I got stuck
STALKER it took me a day to get through the tunnel at the start then I starred to enjoy it but then got stuck with a massive robot drone chasing me but thats where my save game starts me.
CRYSIS thought was a bit rubbish.

I have a old computer so bear that in mind.

So I'm asking for something that you think will keep me interested and is easyish for someone not good at games.

To be honest you shouldn't just give up when you get stuck in a game. A lot of the satisfaction comes from beating the harder sections. Plus if you do find it impossible then you have online guides, YouTube and so on to assist you. Potentially missing out on hundreds of brilliant games.

If you're after a fairly easy game to plow through without getting stuck for some light entertainment, I recomend something like Max Payne 3 / CoD4.. pretty much any fps from 2006 onwards.

If you're after a game that will draw you in amd make you hooked so when you die you won't want to quit, I recommend skyrim amd the mass effect series.

I think he's maybe frustrated by linear games. I've been there before where you get stuck on a bit, but because its linear there's nothing else to do so you get frustrated and stop playing.

Best way to avoid that is play games that aren't linear, like FarCry 3 or GTA type games, or play things that are fun but aren't super hard so you don't get stuck, like the Lego games. I've 100%ed 5 Lego games and working on my 6th at the moment :p.

Bastion. Easy pick up and play game that is great fun. Can be had cheap.

The Portal games are also very good recommendations.

Sleeping Dogs is also very good and great fun. Sounds like it might be the kind of thing you are after
